PCPSI ONLINE

Cancellation Policy For Online Events (Live & Recorded)

Tickets for all Online events, including but not limited to Training Course/Workshop, Online Learning Event, Online Comprehensive Training, Webinars and Digital CPD Library, are non-refundable and non-transferable

Online Event cancelled by PCPSI

In the unlikely event of an online event being cancelled for any extraordinary reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Illness/death of the speaker
  • Internet connectivity issue

PCPSI will postpone the webinar or share the relevant content in an alternative format at the discretion of PCPSI and the speaker. 

PCPSI IN-PERSON

Cancellations Policy for In-person Training Events

Refunds, less a 25% administration fee, will be made if cancellations for an in-person training event are received by email at least eight weeks before the training.

Any cancellations received after this time will not be eligible for a refund but if you contact us at least one week before the event, you can transfer your training fee, minus a €100 administration fee, to another PCPSI training, seminar or workshop. One transfer per ticket is permitted.

Please note, a refund/transfer for failure to attend cannot be made.

Cancellations Policy for In-person Seminars & Workshops

Refunds, less a 25% administration fee, will be made if cancellations for in-person seminars or workshops are received by email at least eight weeks before the event. 

Any cancellations received after this time will not be eligible for a refund but if you contact us at least one week before the event, you can transfer your training fee, minus a €50 administration fee, to another PCPSI seminar or workshop. One transfer per ticket is permitted.

Please note, a refund/transfer for failure to attend cannot be made.

In-person Events cancelled by PCPSI

In the unlikely event of an in-person seminar, workshop or training event being cancelled for any extraordinary reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Illness of the speaker.
  • Unavoidable travel delay of the speaker.
  • Damage.
  •  “Act of God”
  • Death of the speaker.
  • Public Health Emergency.

PCPSI will refund the ticket cost minus an administration fee/service fee to a maximum of €50.00. PCPSI accepts no responsibility for any further costs or expenses incurred by you, e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of earnings etc. in the unlikely event of the in-person seminar being cancelled.

In-person Events rescheduled by PCPSI

In the unlikely event of an in-person seminar, workshop or training event being rescheduled for any extraordinary reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Illness of the speaker
  • Unavoidable travel delay of the speaker
  • Damage
  • “Act of God”
  • Public Health Emergency

PCPSI will transfer your full ticket payment to the rescheduled event. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, PCPSI will issue a credit note. This credit note will equate to the full value of your payment and will be valid for 18 months from the date of issue. PCPSI accepts no responsibility for any further costs or expenses incurred by you, e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of earnings etc., in the unlikely event of this happening.

Change of venue policy

PCPSI also reserves the right to change the venue of a seminar at any time. PCPSI accepts no responsibility for any further costs or expenses incurred by you, e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of earnings etc., in the unlikely event of this happening.

We can accept no responsibility for the views expressed, the content, advice or contributions made by any person attending, which are all the views of the individuals concerned.
