Please contact us as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org for any cancellations.
Refunds, less a 25% administrative fee, will be made if cancellations are received by email, up to six weeks before the event. Alternatively, you can transfer the whole of your payment over to another of our events, again if you cancel up to six weeks before the event. There is no time limit on this offer.
Unfortunately, any cancellations received after this time will not be eligible for a refund. Please note, a refund for failure to attend cannot be made but you can transfer your event fee, minus a €25 administrative fee, to another of our events. Again no time limit applies.
In the unlikely event of the seminar being cancelled for extraordinary reasons such as
– Illness of the speaker
– Unavoidable Travel Delay of the speaker
– Venue Damage
– “Act of God”
– Death of the speaker
PCPSI will refund the ticket cost minus an administration fee/service fee to a maximum of €25.00. PCPSI accept no responsibility for any further costs or expenses incurred by you, e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of earnings etc. in the unlikely event of the seminar being cancelled.
PCPSI also reserve’s the right to change the venue of a seminar at any time 30 days before the event, PCPSI accepts no responsibility for any further costs or expenses incurred by you, e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of earnings etc. in the unlikely event of this happening.
